Our refund policy is as follows:

23 August – 31 October 2023, 50% of the original Ticket purchase price refunded, less the ticket commission and bank transaction fees (6% + VAT). 1 November – 31 December 2023, 25% of the original Ticket purchase price refunded, less the ticket commission and bank transaction fees (6% + VAT). 1 January 2024 – 10 February 2024, 0% of the original Ticket purchase price refunded. During or after the event, strictly no refunds. Should the organisers be forced to cancel the festival due to weather, force majeure, riots, act of terrorism, pandemic, any other act of God or unforeseen disaster, 0% of original Ticket purchase price refunded.
